Unconsuming Fire

Unconsuming Fire ~ tissue paper, juniper branches, paint, on cupboard door.

Moses saw the presence of God in a bush that seemed to be on fire without burning up.  The Psalmist saw the presence of God in towering thunder-clouds.  Jesus saw the presence of God in sparrows and wheat and mustard seeds.  On the day of Pentecost, the people of Jerusalem saw the presence of God in ordinary men filled with the Holy Spirit.
